HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer

I downloaded Sequoia 15.4.1 and now my scanner won't work.  I have called HP 3xs and th problem is solved for @ 2hourds then does not work although I have tried using HPSmart app and Easy scan.  I am pissed at both Apple and HP.  Apple tells me that it is a driver issue that HP is aware of yet when I **bleep** they seem oblivious to this isues assuming I can find someone who can understand English since HP offshores support>  Any suggestions that actually work or should I have Apple send me a different IOS??

Driver Check: Ensure that you have the latest drivers and firmware for your HP OfficeJet 8015e by visiting the HP Support website and downloading any available updates for your device model.

Reinstall Drivers: Sometimes reinstalling the printer drivers can resolve issues. First, uninstall your current drivers, restart your computer, and then reinstall the drivers using the most recent version available on the HP website.

Use HP Smart: If you have not already, try using the HP Smart app for scanning. Ensure the app is up-to-date, as HP frequently releases updates that improve functionality and compatibility.

Check Compatibility: Make sure the Sequoia 15.4.1 update is fully compatible with your OfficeJet 8015e model.

This did not work either >  Finally, spoke to a supervisor at HP and he was able to finally help-he confirmed that the printer is compatible with Sequoia, contrary to what Apple told me.  He spent an hour with me before the issues was resolved.  I will adie all whether this is a permanent fix or, like in the past, only temporary
