I can't scan my documents using printer and scan doctor application on my Hp deskjet3600 series.

Or does it mean print and scan doctor doesn't scan.

Please someone should give me the name of application for scanning

print and scan doctor won't scan for you, it is a tool to help you to trouble shooting your printer and fix the problem if it could. Dis you install Full Feature Software for your printer on your Probook machine ? You have to do that first.
