Hi, 

 

We use a Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdn to scan in documents via the document feeder. The issue we are having is that we put a stack of documents into the document feeder, but it will only scan one of the documents. It will feed all of them through the feeder as if it is scanning all of them. Any help would be much appreciated.
