Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Office jet Pro 6978
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have downloaded the latest driver, but cannot get the scanner to scan from the laptop. The scanning to email works 100%.  When using the display op the scanner to scan, the following messages appears: The scan could not be completed.

Make sure that the computer is connected to the printer and try again.  I can open the HP dialog box and click on scan, but nothing happens.

Any suggestions?
