Product: HP Officejet 5610 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Scanning not working on my HP5610 when I bought a new HP Pavilion Gaming desktop with win11. My printer/scanner is directly connected. I'm unable to load 5610 drivers on my system.

Welcome to the HP User Community.

 

There is not a full driver printer software option for Windows 10 or Windows 11.

 

Windows 11 compatible HP printers

Read (at least) the first section: Compatible software and drivers

 

The built-in Windows print drivers support basic printing - not scan.

HP Document:  HP Printers - Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver

 

If you are interested in doing so, check this third-party scan software option.

The company specializes in unsupported printers.
