Hi,
when I scan a document on my 9020 via ADF the first inches of the page are missing. It's not always the same portion that's missing. And It doesn't happen always, but very often. It does not happen when I use the glas, only with ADF. Anyone any idea?

From Category Troubleshooting > Jams and Feed Problems
ADF does not pick paper or feeds in too many sheets
and
Use a flashlight (torch in the UK); shine the light at an angle along the glass.
Clean, clean, clean.
Use a tiny brush to sweep all along the edges of the glass / ADF glass.

Unfortunately it's not that simple. I cleaned the rollers and stuff. Also this happens only with the first page of the first scan after a while. It never happens with the 2nd page or with a 2nd document. So I'm pretty sure it's an issue of the firmware/scan app on the device.
