Scanning results weird

HP Recommended
HP 6978
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi. Got a replacement all in one HP 6978. When scanning I view some of the pages appear upside down. It seems the device arbitrarily selects some pages and turns them. Is this an Auto Enhancement feature problem?

If the software application to which you refer is HP Smart, then yes - the feature is the Auto-Enhancements.

Switch OFF the orientation setting.
