Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Scanner stops 10-12 pages into scanning process (of appr 20 pages). Reports scanning problem and instructs to reboot printer and try again. Have done that but same result.

  • To assist you better, which device are you using to scan?
  • Are you using a computer or a mobile device?
  • Which OS is installed and how is the printer connected to the printer?
