Scanning stops 10-12 pages in

Scanner stops 10-12 pages into scanning process (of appr 20 pages). Reports scanning problem and instructs to reboot printer and try again. Have done that but same result.

  • To assist you better, which device are you using to scan?
  • Are you using a computer or a mobile device?
  • Which OS is installed and how is the printer connected to the printer?
