HP Recommended

HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Scan to Email is no longer working. Error indicates an update to Firmware is needed, however my printer says it's up to date. I've restored to factory settings, I've restored network settings. Still getting the same error. I can scan to computer - but can no longer scan to email.
