Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Printer is set up, connected to the WIFI and will print perfectly from my computers.  When I try to use the scan function the response on the screen is "The printer could not connect to Web Services.  The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable.  Try again later.

 

I also have the 6978 model and I get the same response.

 

I remember getting this corrected once but don't remember what I did.
