Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

We'll need a Scan software to scan. HP Smart app (dowloadable from Microsoft Store for PCs or Apple Store for Macs and iphones and Play Store for Android devices)

 

What's the printer model?  Is it setup and connected to the network?
