Product: OfficeJet Pro 9015
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Is there an option to send fax only one sided using the OfficeJetPro 9015? I tried the setup but could not find an option to turn off two sided fax sending. I did find an option to turn 2 sided fax printing on or off, but no option for turning off when sending. 

 

The problem is that when I fax 20 pages it automatically scans both sides and make it 40 pages.

Hi,

From your printer screen click on Fax, then the Send now.

Click the gear icon and the bottom and there select the Fax send original option and select 1-sided original.

Scroll down in this menu and select to Save current settings to keep the default settings to 1-sided.
