Hi @Sagar2432,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP LaserJet printer. I can try to help you troubleshoot the scanning and printing problems. Let's address each issue separately.

Scanning Problem.

  1. Check Connection: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. Make sure the cables are securely plugged in.
  2. Update Drivers: Visit the HP support website and download the latest drivers and software for your specific printer model. Install them on your computer.
  3. Restart Printer and Computer: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve scanning issues. Turn off the printer and computer, wait for a few minutes, and then power them back on.
  4. Check Scanner Settings: Verify that the scanner settings on your computer are correctly configured. Open the scanning software on your computer and check the settings to ensure they match your desired scanning preferences.
  5. Test with Another Software: Try scanning using a different scanning software to see if the issue is specific to one program. If scanning works with another software, you may need to reinstall or update the problematic software.

Printing Problem.

  1. Check Printer Status: Ensure that there are no error messages or warnings displayed on the printer's control panel. Resolve any issues indicated by the printer.
  2. Paper and Cartridge Checks: Make sure that the paper tray is loaded with the correct type and size of paper. Check the toner or ink cartridges to see if they are properly installed and have sufficient ink or toner.
  3. Print Queue: Clear the print queue on your computer. Open the printer settings on your computer, cancel any pending print jobs, and try printing again.
  4. Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers: Visit the HP support website, download the latest drivers for your printer model, and install them on your computer. Outdated or corrupt drivers can cause printing problems.
  5. Print a Test Page: Print a test page from the printer's control panel to check if the issue is specific to your computer. If the test page prints fine, the problem may be with your computer settings or software.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
