We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Scans using the ADF are skewed a few degrees  off the vertical.  Scans using the flat bed are also crooked but not by as much. 

 

After spending some time on the phone to HP support updating farmwear, aligning print heads (?) with no  improvement  the printer/scanner was assessed as faulty and a replacement was sent. 

 

Annoyingly, the replacement has exactly the same issue and, if anything, it is slightly worse.  This is an extremely annoying fault especially on a 'Pro' standard machine.

 

Interestingly, when HP provide a replacement item it is not necessary brand new and it is likely to be from refurbished stock.
