The printer has all of a sudden started to take 4-5 minus to photocopy a page - have turned off switch at plug and waited 60 seconds, re-aligned printer and still the problem persists - the copier is only 4 months old - any help please

Is it only during Coyping? Is the printing from MAC speed is fine?
If yes, check the copy settings, make sure Plain Paper is selected for the paper type unless you are printing on special media like Photo Paper.

Hello,
My copy setting is on *Photo paper* and i want to change it to *Plain paper* but i cant seem to find the particular option for that.
I have tried going through the *Copy menu* but the only options i can see can not be edited:
Tray and Paper : A4, Photo Paper
Please how can i change it, i have tried editing but each time i click on it i see:
Load Paper
Make sure the paper you want to use is loaded in the tray. Touch *Video icon* to learn more.
