I have an issue with Mobile Fax in Smart App stuck in "thinking" mode even when fax is saved to draft.  Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this??

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

  • Are the printer and mobile device connected to the same network?
    Make sure your mobile device or computer is connected to your Wi-Fi network.

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

When you click the Mobile Fax tile from the app home screen, the fax history displays. If the history does not display, open the fax history:

  • Mobile devices: Tap the More icon , and then select Fax History.

  • Desktops: Click the Sent tab.

Previous faxes in the Sent list show as delivered  or failed . Click the fax job for more details.

If a fax fails, an email is sent to the email account associated with your HP account.
