Smart Tank 515

Hi! Just wondering if the HP smart tank 515 is only capable of copying, using the glass flatbed, a document with 8.5”x11” size? The flatbed size is A4 (8.26”x11.69”) but When I tried copying an A4 document, it will only copy the text/image that is within the 11” length. 
if there is a way to change the settings, please do teach me. Thank you!!

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are unable to scan A4 size sheet, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to do a factory reset on the printer to fix the issue.

Follow these steps to restore printer factory defaults from the printer control panel.

• While holding (the Power button), press and hold (the Black Copy button) and (the Resume button) at the same time, until (spinning wheel) appears on the display.
