Product: HP Envy 7640
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Suddenly I can't scan with my printer.  I get an error message, saying that my HP Envy 7640 inkjet printer can't connect with my server.  I don't understand why, because I was able to scan before.  Nothing has changed.

  1. Are you trying to scan to email?
  2. Were you trying to scab from the printer front panel or the from the computer?
  3. How is the printer connected to your device Wifi or USB?
  4. Are you able to make copies using the printer?

I have the same issue. My printer will scan to computer and to USB but it won't scan to my email even tho I am connected to internet
