No Error messages. The Smart Printer ap does not show any scanning option than the camera of the IPHONE 14

Fix Missing “Scan from Printer” Option in HP Smart App (iPhone)

1. Check Printer Connection Status

• Open the HP Smart app.
• Make sure your printer is listed and shows as “Ready” or “Connected”.
• If it says “Offline”, “Unavailable”, or “Not Connected”, reconnect your printer to Wi-Fi.

2. Re-add the Printer to the App

Sometimes the app loses sync with the printer.

• In HP Smart, tap your printer > scroll down > Remove from app.
• Tap Add Printer and follow the setup steps again.

3. Sign In to Your HP Account

Advanced features like scanning require you to be signed in.
