Product: Samsung m2070fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good evening, tonight I tried to use the scanner but I appeared the message that I attach in the picture. I tried to uninstall the printer and install it again but I did not get any results. Even with another type of scanning program the scanner is detected but it does not work. The printer works regularlyScreenshot 2018-05-30 23.14.jpg
