Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought an HP ENVY Inspire 7220e Printer October 2023 and have only printed about 14 pages in that time, as I only print a few pages I decided to print at least 1 page each month to stop inks drying up etc, last month page printed fine, this month the page showed missing parts, so I ran the align cartridges then two attempts of cleaning with the results getting worse each time, it then said try replacing print heads??
The ink cartridges are still nearly full and the printer is only 5 months old..
I replaced my previous printer because of similar problems and why I decided to print at least 1 page each month...

Trying to contact HP help on whatsapp, still waiting for someone to speak to after nearly an hour so far (it said this could take a few minutes!!)
