Can’t get a hold of a human so I hope you can help. I have an HP 7000 and just used the fax feature. It says I had to enroll and then said it’s a trial. My question is, how long is the trial period? Will I be charged? Where do I cancel it if there is a charge. I got an email but it’s generic. No order numbers.

@Tk3278, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP 7000 printer and its faxing services!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Fax Service Trial Period

  • Trial Duration: Typically, HP offers a trial period for their faxing services, which might vary based on the specific product and service package. Generally, trial periods range from 30 to 60 days.
  • Charges: During this trial period, you should not incur charges. However, after the trial period ends, you may need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

Cancellation Process

  • To cancel or ensure you won't be charged after the trial period, you should:
    1. Check the HP website or portal: Log into your HP account where you manage your printer services.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
