Okay the reason why I lost my programs was because I had to upgrade to 64bit for windows. But I seemed to only have one of the 2 cds that came with it, the "HP OFFICEJET 7610 Wide Format e-All-In One series". But the problem is it does not contain the programs I once had, I have already tried the programs;apps provided thought the windows store but unlike the previes programs, I can now only scan 8.5X11, before I was scanning the entire surface, which was the purpose of why I bought this, for the scannner. I also tried ording the cds online though hp but it only contain the same cd I already had so is there a way for me to get the program that I had before? Because I need to be able to use the entire scanner, not just some of it.

Hi,

Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:

1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)

3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

Hi,
