I am trying to follow this tutorial. I am able to download, but cannot finish installing the Offline Full Software for my Officejet Pro 8025e printer.

At 3:11 of this video, the tutorial indicates that I will be directed to sign into my account. In my case, I am automatically redirected to Microsoft Edge and asked to sign into my HP account. After I put in my password, the redirect page returns an error that tells me to go to HP support for trouble signing in. I cannot work around this as instead of being asked to log into my account within the install, the redirection to Edge screws up the whole process. I only want the full version so I can manually scan double sided documents coz this printer doesn't do it automatically!!! I wish I had known. I am this close to throwing the whole thing out the window and have speeding cars run over it. Thank you.
