Recently bought my all-in-one and noticed when doing scanning using the document feeder that a line started showing up.  After researching videos and forums online, I was able to locate a very small scratch on the glass in the area from the document feeder (not on the flatbed part).  I've tried 101 ways to reach HP support, but the site does NOT work!  This is incredibly frustrating.  Any ideas on how to reach them before I just return this printer?

Thank you again for the reply.  However, I no longer need assistance.  I have returned the printer to the store where I purchased it.
