Uninstalled the drivers from file downloaded from https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06960563
We reinstalled the drivers from your site and HP Smart.
We removed and added your printer.
I am running 11.0.1
I still cannot print or scan due to "hpdm.framework" or "hp scanner 3" will damage your computer.
All attempts for help to solve this problem on line have proved futile, frustrating and time consuming. Please contact me ASAP and if anyone can provide a number to HP.
