Product: HP LaserJet 700 color MFP M775
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Hello Team,

 

-This is Office printer and setup the Network printer using Static IP

-User is unable to scan more than 8 pages (size 1.46 MB)

-We set the limit in print copier 20 MB

-When we tried to scan more than 8 pages no email received and went to logs and see the error (Event 44.10 01 SMTP Protocol Error)

-Other print copiers are using same SMTP address they can scan more than 10 MB so far.

-Only the issue with this particular print copier.

Upgraded the Firmware version latest one still same 

Current Firmware version:

Firmware Revision : 3.9.7

Firmware Datecode : 2309046_000290

Printer Model : HP LaserJet 700 color MFP M775

We tried to change the DNS to IP Address and same issue 

User supposed to scan more than 30 pages 

Current settings : 

Default Output Quality : Medium

Default Resolution : 150 dpi tried 200 DPi

Compression : normal

Default From : setted

Default Display name : Setted

 

Please help me how we can fix it , that would be great help .
