Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Alternatively, you can download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store. For more information on how to set up your printer using the HP Smart app, go to HP printer setup (HP Smart app).

I have an account with HP Smart and my printers are recognized.  I can print, however I cannot scan.  The printer has not suffered any shocks or impacts and has been working fine.  However, after recently setting up a new wireless router and reconfiguring the network, HP Smart is not allowing me to scan using the application. Any answers or solutions to this will be greatly appreciated.

What is the current OS you are working with?
