HP Recommended

I called HP support and was told to reset the network settings on my HP9018e. I was disconnected and now it is requesting a username and password to set up the new network connection. Everything I can think of is not working. How can I reset these settings?

It has been 23 hours and my 9018e has become a paperweight. An ugly paperweight. Can anyone provide assistance with this issue?
