Updated to Ventura 13.0.1 on Mac and now can't scan to HP Officejet Pro X576dw MFP. Scanned documents show up as blank pages. 

I saw a comment with a similar problem and suggestion was to update  printer firmware. When I searched for an update on HP, it said there was no firmware update for my model. I can no longer scan and need to resolve asap. Any help is appreciated. Thx

Hello Stevear,

 

Your description does not specify if you are trying to scan from the glass or the Automatic Document Feeder, hence we will give you general guidelines.

 

For instance, assuming you are scanning from the document feeder, you have to make sure you are selecting such as the source of the original. In addition You can try to scan using HP Smart app: such software has a scanning option and you scan specify the source.

 

If none of those options work, you can also set scan to network folder or even scan to email.
