Product: HP OfficeJet pro 9015

Error message: User name or password is incorrect make sure both user account and password are valid.

I’ve had this printer for a couple of years and have  scanned documents to my email and I’ve never received this message before on my HP OfficeJet pro 9015. I need to scan a document and cannot move forward please advise.
