If I send a file to the printer from my computer, It will be  printed perfectly. 

HP printer shows no problem and test print is perfect.

 A document placed on the either the glass or feed tray to either copy or scan,  produce an entire page of vertical black or color lines depending on  choice. Faint appearance of actual document is visible through 1-2mm spaced vertical  lines.
