HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M430f

Hello,

we have bought HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M430f, S/N [Personal Information Removed] on 13dec2022 (standard e-shop in the Czech republic - exasoft.cz, it was brand new, no second-hand), but HP says that the warranty ended on 18sep2022. So I am not sure, whether I can get any help for this printer.

 

I downloaded original drivers, but in the process of installation, there was written to connect the printer. It is connected already, but the installer does not see it. So I added the printer classicaly from Windows and everything was OK. Even network connection and USB connection as well. But I am unable to scan from network, just the USB computer could scan. How to solve this please? I need to scan from two computers in the small network, not to change USB wire all the time.

 

Then after couple of days of scanning to the USB-connected computer, there was some issue and the scanner seems to be offline. I tried to manage it, but the only thing that worked was removing the printer from Windows and install it again.

Next couple of days the same issue appeared. But reinstallation did not help this time. Printing is still OK, both USB and network, scanning is impossible.

 

Could you please help me what should I do now? E-shop exasoft.cz told me to send the printer to their complaint warehouse for free, but I am not sure that there is a problem with the printer itself (it prints, copys, and back then it scanned, even only through USB), it might be just the environment, network drivers and so on. If nothing helps, I would send it there. Thank you all.
