Product: HP Deskjet F4280 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Had to wash my MAC and reload everything. Prior to that I could use Image Capture to utilize the scan feature of my old HP Deskjet F4280 All-In-One printer.

Now neither Image Capture or Preview will recognize the printer.  I can print, but no way to access the scan feature. (The HP software for scanning has not been compatible with MAC operating systems for years; that's why I found I could use Image Capture to use the scan feature, but now Image Capture will not recognize my old printer even though my MAC will recognize it for printing.  Any other way to access the scan feature of this old printer?
