Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have a HP Office Jet 7740 Printer.

I have been using web services to scan to email for over a year now.

This week when trying to scan to email get the below error message.

“The printer could not connect to Web Services. The server may be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later.” 

 

This issue has occurred before but I normally restart the printer and starts working again.

I have restarted printer and still issue, I have also removed web services and re-added still issue occurs.

 

Please advise
