Hello,
My boss has an HP Officejet 4630, we are trying to send a fax to a company we are contracted with and have set the printer to print a fax confirmation receipt when it sends a fax. The document it prints out says Date, Time, Type, Station ID, Duration, Pages and Result. Under the Result section, what should the fax confirmation document say when the fax is succesfully received by the people we sent the fax to. One of the documents, says No answer, a different one says Ok. I am confused if OK, means the fax went through or if it should say Succesful or Delivered or if the Result section changes depending on what their system says back. Any help would be appreciated, these documents are very important and are being sent to an automated electronic scanning system that either auto-files them or someone goes in and files the documents digitally. So we can get a confirmation if the documents sent till a week from now and that will be too late, if they didn't receive them.
Thanks so much for your time.

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.
I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns.
Usually when the Result comes back as OK, it means the Fax was sent successfully and the other person should receive the Fax unless they are having issues with their Fax machine
Hope this helps 👍
