when I go to my HP Smart app it comes up then goes my to my desk top screen

Looks like I have the same problem, been reported to HP, still awaiting reply. I have uninstalled everything HP and reinstalled but same problem, I've been using my HP inkjet 3750 with no problems. I'm was thinking it was Windows 10 update but now it could be HP Smart app causing the scanning problem as there are a lot of users with same thing happening to them.
