Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have a hp office jet 4655 printer/scanner. I recently bought a MacBook Pro with Monterey operating system.  My problem is I can order a scan from my Mac, the scanner runs the scan. When I go to save the photo or whatever I'm scanning, it never shows up in photos.  Also on my printer/scanner the window shows "no computer found", and I cannot initiate a scan from scanner.
