When attempting to use HP Smart it asks for permission to use usage to improve performance.

HP Recommended
HP officejet Pro 8639
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP Smart has been modified to ask for permission to use usage data.  If I answer YES or NO it returns to the same question over and over.  I

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you uninstall the HP Smart app on your computer and then reinstall it and check whether the issue is resolved.
