I've read a previous post that had this issues and followed the steps. The only thing that happened was the lines changed order. Super dissappointed as I've only had the scanner for a week. How do I amend the problem A.S.A.P.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting print quality issues on your HP Officejet 7612 Wide Format printer and I appreciate your effort for doing some preliminary troubleshooting. 

 

I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

  • Check the print settings.
  • Print and evaluate a diagnostic page, and then troubleshoot defects.
  • Clean the rollers and scanner glass with a lint free cloth.

I feel you aren't understanding me. I'm scanning it onto my PC not to print off. So it's just an issue with the scanning not the printing. Printing I am fine with.
