The email app on printer says email has been sent but it hasn't been received by comcast/xfinity in either my HP PC or other devices.

Step 1: Check Printer & Email Setup

Make sure the printer is powered on and connected to the network.

Verify the ePrint email address is correct and typed without any errors.

Ensure the email is sent only to the printer’s ePrint address—no CC or multiple recipients.

Check that your email address is added to the Allowed Senders List in the printer's settings.

 

Step 2: Verify Email & Attachment Requirements

Confirm your attachment is in a supported format (PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, or common image formats).

Ensure the email + attachments are under 5 MB.

Make sure the attachments do not contain viruses or macros, as these will be blocked.

 

Step 3: Check Printer & Firmware Status

Look at the printer’s control panel for any error messages.

Make sure your printer’s firmware is up to date, as outdated firmware can cause sending issues.

 

Step 4: Review Network & Security Settings

Check your network for any connectivity issues.

Review your firewall or security software settings to ensure they aren’t blocking outgoing email communication.
