In HP Smart I have chosen to Share my scan.  "Share Using" has Outlook as an option but I need **bleep** to be an option. How to add? Thank you.

Thank you for posting your query.

 

I would like to inform that the “Share Using” menu doesn’t have its own account manager. It simply shows the apps and accounts that your operating system (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS) has registered as share targets. That’s why Outlook appears it’s already integrated with your system. I would request you to please follow the steps:

 

Save the Scan

  • In HP Smart, after scanning, choose Save (PDF or JPEG).
  • This ensures you have a local copy to share.

Add Your bleep Account to the OS

  • Windows 10/11:
  • Go to Settings → Accounts → Email & accounts.
  • Add your bleep account.
  • Apps like HP Smart will then recognize it as a share option.
  • macOS:
  • Go to System Settings → Internet Accounts.
  • Add your bleep account.
  • Android/iOS:
  • Install the bleep app.
  • Add your account under Settings → Accounts.
  • Ensure the app supports “Share” integration.

Use HP Smart “Share Using”

  • Open HP Smart → select your scan → Share Using.
  • Once your OS recognizes bleep, it will appear alongside Outlook.
  • Select bleep to send the scan directly.

If bleep Doesn’t Integrate

  • Save the scan locally.
  • Open the bleep app or web portal.
  • Upload or attach the saved file manually.
  • This is the fallback if the app doesn’t register as a share target.
