I have scanned many documents since purchasing this product, but it suddenly stopped scanning last week. I've made sure the drivers were installed and updated, and even followed suggestions elsewhere on this board to try the HP Scan Extend. Nothing works and I keep receiving the error message that "HP Imaging Device was not found". Help please. I have work documents to scan. Devices are used on a wireless network...I do not have the ability to connect the two via USB.
