Hi Seniors, Experts,

 

Can you please help me, after I scan pages through the automatic document feeder, there are two lines getting printed on the scanned pages.

Welcome to the HP User Community.

 

Line(s) that trace the length of the completed scan might be the result of a tiny spec of dirt on the ADF glass bar or a spec of "something" along the edge.

 

If the dirt is on the outside..

Use a flashlight (torch in the UK); shine the light at an angle along the glass.

Clean, clean, clean the glass panel(s)

AND

Use a tiny brush to sweep all along the edges of the glass.

 

Solutions to this and other scan problems > presented in order to be considered / completed:

Resolve scan quality problems on HP printers

And

Resolve copy problems with HP printers
