Yes the feeder works from Hp app on my cell phone. Still does not work on my computer. Bizarre!

I am just a frustrated that the doc feeder does not scan to the computer - i believe it has to be something in the HP app HP NEEDS TO PROVIDE A FIX!!!!! there is no excuse for such an error to occur with a system that has been working for years.

scan from glass to computer works fine, but I am not going to feed large double sided documents one at a time. 

 

btb- you can scan docs using the doc feeder directly to a smart card. that seems to work

 

I've also tried to scan to a usb connect device and I get a compatibility error which is also BS!!!

 

I've not yet tried the mobile app solution discussed

this does not negate HP to fix the problem 

as where you need to file the document may not be accessible from your mobile

Unless I've overlooked it, it doesn't appear that HP has addressed this problem yet. Has anyone had any contact with or from them?
