i can not scan to my email. when i load my email, it asks fro a PIN. I thought that I knew the PIN,  but it is not working. I requested a new PIN, but do not receive the new PIN to my email. I do received marketing emails from HP.com to my email.Please advise.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve compatibility issues and improve functionality.

Review Email Settings:

  • Check your email settings to make sure they allow communication from the printer. Sometimes, email providers may have security measures that block automated emails, including PINs.

Try Another Email Address:

  • If possible, try using an alternative email address to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to one email account.

Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the network properly. A stable network connection is essential for the email feature to work seamlessly.
