After an update I suddenly needed to enter the printer pin number in order to use it.

 After I enter the pin number I can scan. But when I try to save the scan to my computer a message always come up saying the site is insecure and the file can't be downloaded.

I've tried numerous solutions, none work.

A couple of ideas...

 

Your description sounds as if you are trying to use a "Public" network -- doing so can result in odd errors.

Also somewhat unusual, it's possible your user account Temp folder has corrupted or lost its Read/Write permissions.
