Create an account on the HP Community to personalize your profile and ask a question

When I try to sign into my HP account and click, print or scan it takes me back to the create account or sign into account. I go through the process again and it circles back to create account or sign into account. Does anyone know why? My warranty is expired that shouldn't be the reason I can't get into my account correct?
