hello

 

i have tried to send a fax using the hp software on the PC, but i keep getting a screen coming up saying there is a issue. i can receive the fax no problem. i have uninstalled the software as well as my norton antivirus. i then reboot, put the HP software back in and it comes up fine where i am ready to start scan documents and then fax within the hp software, BUT the minute i put my norton back in. i get the problem. any help for fixing this is appreciated. i have attached a screenshot of the issue

Did you attempt installing an alternate anti-virus program to check if that works fine?

  • If not, please do as this seems to be an issue with the Norton Anti-virus program.
  • However, If you wish to continue using the same software (Norton) we recommend you contact the Norton support for further assistance.
